Delivery means the physical delivery of subscribed content to the customers. At present we have this modes of delivery - physical shipment like CDs,DVDs and Pen drivers.
The physical delivery of the paid subscription will be shipped in 2 working days of the receipt of funds through speed post or courier likeDTDC, BlueDart..Etc. The delivery typically takes place in 4-5 working days to metros and 5-7 working days to major towns. The user may track the shipment by edutree custom care no or sms to us(, in cases where the shipment agency provides such facility)
Customer should inform us , if he/she doesn't get his/her placed order with in time given by edutree technologies or mail us us
The physical medium is shipped only to addresses in India as given by paid subscriber at time of order booking, in any case address will not be changed

1. Our Refund Policy covers all the products sold on http://www.edu-tree.com.
2. In case, if you are not satisfied with any of our product/s ordered by you, you are under an obligation to bring it to our notice within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product/s. We will refund you 100% of the product price including the shipping charges. Feel free to mail us your complaints pertaining to the product to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. You can send back the product to us for refund. Once we receive the product, we will initiate the refund process and ensure that you will receive your money within the next 4-6 weeks.
4. In case of pre-paid orders; lost in transit, wrongly delivered or undelivered to your location, you are under an obligation to bring it to our notice within 10 days of placing the order and we shall send a replacement or refund you the complete order amount including the shipping charges.
5. We are not liable to refund your shipping charges if you cancel a part of the order or the entire order after dispatching the products.
6. In case of the software products, you are entitled for refund as per the company's refund policy provided you have not activated the product (using the activation key).
7. In case of claiming for replacement/refund, post the period above said, all the claims will be subject to scrutiny and decisions by the management.

The product/s returned must be in an original condition. You are under an obligation to pack / seal them appropriately to ensure safety of the product during the transit.
